This notice covers the pre-launch ProDrop informational website. It does not describe future online game accounts, purchases or leaderboards, which are not offered on this website.
Who operates this website?
AJVDM Holding B.V., the Netherlands, operates ProDrop. Contact: developer@prodropcycling.com.
Browsing the website
We do not add analytics cookies, advertising trackers, marketing pixels, accounts or contact forms. The website does not use browser storage to track visitors. Fonts and images are served with the site, without third-party embeds.
Hosting and network providers may process technical request data, such as IP addresses, requested pages and browser information, to deliver and secure the site. We use Google Firebase Hosting; see Firebase’s privacy and security information for its handling of personal information. We do not claim that visiting a website is completely anonymous.
If you email us
If you choose to email us, we receive your email address and the contents of your message. We use them to respond to your enquiry and manage necessary follow-up, based on our legitimate interest in responding to product enquiries. Please do not send sensitive personal information. We retain correspondence only as long as needed for that purpose or to meet applicable legal obligations.
The development game
The current local game stores settings, personal bests and a record of the accepted Terms version on your device. Acceptance is not sent to this website. This website notice is not the final mobile-game privacy policy: it will be expanded before a public game release or new personal-data processing is introduced.
Your choices and rights
You can contact us about personal information you have provided, including requests for access, correction or deletion and, where applicable, restriction, objection or portability. Rights depend on the applicable law and circumstances. You may raise a concern with the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens or your local supervisory authority.
